All about the
Miniature Pinscher.

Experts believe Min Pins date back many years, but the precise date of their birth is unknown. According to breed historians, Min Pins are said to be a hybrid between the Dachshund and the Italian Greyhound. Another breed that may be used is the German Pinscher. Min Pins are often seen at the top of lists of Europe's favorite toy pets.

Male and female Min Pins are between 25.4 and 31.7cm tall and weigh between 3.6 and 4.9kg. Min Pins are a sturdy little dog of well-balanced proportions and simple outlines. This breed's flat head is described by a muzzle and skull that are of identical lengths, as well as a soft stop. Their scissors bite is shaped by a complete collection of teeth hidden behind their firm lips. Their dark cartoon eyes are round and dark.

The Miniature Pinscher is a little dog with a huge personality and a big mouth who has no clue he isn't as big as a Doberman. He'll charge up to any threat, even though it's a dog many times his size. He'll try to protect his mates, scare cats out of the yard, and sound the alarm whenever he feels it's appropriate, almost all of the time. He'll go in your dog purse, but he won't be happy there. He is a dog of his mind and will, not a companion.
