The Program consists of two main components:
- 1.1 Sign-Up Gifts – Eligible new members who use a designated promo code at the time of policy sign-up will receive a gift or donation made on their behalf, as outlined in the promotion code terms
- 1.2 Ongoing Member Benefits – All Petsy policyholders gain access to ongoing promotions and offers from our partner brands.
Petsy reserves the right to modify or discontinue the availability of sign-up gifts and ongoing member benefits at any time and without prior notice. Participation in the Program is subject to these Terms and Conditions, along with the terms set by each partner. Petsy facilitates access to these benefits but does not control or guarantee the availability of promotions. 2. Membership Eligibility
- 2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 or over who have an active Petsy policy, specifically:
- 2.1.1 Petsy Pet Protection Plus
- 2.1.2 Petsy Kitten Protection Plus
- 2.1.3 Petsy Puppy Protection Plus
- 2.2 Petsy reserves the right to accept or decline any membership application at its discretion.
3. Membership Benefits
- 3.1 Sign-Up Gifts
- 3.1.1 New members using a designated promo code during sign-up are eligible for a gift or a donation made on their behalf, as specified by the promo code.
- 3.1.2 Details of the gift or donation, including any associated terms, will be provided at the time of offer.
- 3.2 Ongoing Member Benefits
- 3.2.1 Members gain access to exclusive promotions provided by partner brands.
- 3.2.2 Access to these promotions requires a password, which will be provided via email to the address associated with the Petsy policy for new and existing members.

- 3.2.4 Some promotions are subject to a 90-day qualifying period based on the terms set by the brand. Details of qualifying periods will be available in the partner’s specific terms and conditions.
- 3.2.5 All Petsy promotions are always subject to the terms and conditions set out by the partner brand. Members should refer directly to the brand’s terms and conditions for full details.
- 3.2.6 If a member cancels their Petsy policy, they will no longer be entitled to the benefits of the Petsy Membership Benefits Program, including access to sign-up gifts and ongoing member promotions.
4. Partner Promotions
- 4.1 Each promotion offered by a partnered brand is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be available to members when accessing the promotion or upon request.
- 4.2 Petsy facilitates access to these promotions but is not responsible for the terms, conditions, or changes implemented by the partner.
- 4.3 Members are required to comply with the partner’s specific terms when redeeming or participating in a promotion.

- 4.5 If a promised promotion is unavailable, Petsy will:
- 4.5.1 Offer an equivalent alternative gift or promotion;
- 4.5.2 Provide written notification to affected members within 7 business days of becoming aware of the issue; and
- 4.5.3 Allow the member to opt out of the alternative offer, ensuring full transparency in the process.
5. Members (Policyholder) Obligations
- 5.1 Members must ensure their contact and policy information is current and up to date to receive communications regarding benefits.
- 5.2 Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable.
- 5.3 Members ensure promotion terms are reviewed prior to redemption
- 5.4 Members adhere to the specific requirements of each partner promotion
6. Privacy and Communications
- 6.1 Petsy will handle personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
- 6.2 By enrolling, members consent to receive communications related to the Program.
- 6.3 Members can opt out of promotional communications at any time, though this may affect the ability to receive certain benefits.
7. Modifications and Termination
- 7.1 Petsy reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time.
- 7.2 Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Petsy website.
- 7.3 Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Petsy’s role in Partner Promotions
- 8.1 Serves only as a facilitator of third-party promotions
- 8.2 Petsy does not guarantee availability or quality of partner offerings
- 8.3 Petsy is not liable for product defects or service-related issues
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, including the Australian Consumer Law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state or territory where Petsy is headquartered (New South Wales, Australia), unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
