To be eligible for any offers, you must:
- be an Australian Resident;
- be over the age of 18 years;
- have purchased and hold an active Petsy Pet Insurance policy
- meet any other criteria specified by the promotion or offer;
- maintain your policy past the 30-day cooling off period
Petsy reserves the right to amend or withdraw any sign-up gifts, offers and membership benefits and these may be subject to change from time to time and valid for a limited time only.

Terms and conditions for sign-up gifts
The terms and conditions set out on this page apply to all of our offers and promotions and you should read these along with the terms of the specific offer. Where a specific offer says something different to these terms and conditions, the terms of the specific offer will apply.
Your Petsy sign-up gift cannot be redeemed for cash, exchanged, transferred or replaced if lost or stolen.
No promotion, discount or promotional code available for redemption on the website may be used in conjunction with another offer or used to purchase gift cards.
Only one promotional code can be used per policy.
Discounts do not apply to any delivery charges unless expressly stated.
A promotional code cannot be applied to a pet insurance policy after the application has been completed.
Delivery – Please note that timescales for delivery will vary depending on the availability of the product, the third party fulfilling the order delivery and your address. Delivery of a sign-up gift will be completed once the product is delivered to the address that you gave us.
A re-delivery charge will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery. Petsy cannot be held responsible for any damaged, missing or delayed orders where incorrect or incomplete details (address, order details and, if relevant, appropriate delivery instructions) have been provided. A redelivery charge of $12 will apply if the recipient is unavailable for receipt of delivery, if the delivery address is incorrect or if there is no safe place to leave the item.
We are not responsible for delays outside of our control. If our supply or the third party supplier fulfilling your order of the sign-up gift is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.
Some sign-up gifts are subject to the eligible customer holding an eligible policy for a specific period of time (such as the 30-day cooling-off period) or making minimum premium payments.
Only one Petsy gift is redeemable per pet insurance policy and cannot be used in conjunction with any other sign-up gift or offer.
General terms and conditions for Membership Benefits
Petsy membership benefits can be redeemed by Petsy members only and all active codes will be sent out via email. We change our offers from time to time, please check the website for all active promotions, offers and any updates.
Petsy is not liable or responsible for any loss suffered as a result of any promotion codes via email being blocked by filters and firewalls, or where the incorrect email address has been supplied. If the recipient does not or is unable to receive the membership promotion codes, please contact us at [email protected] to have this sent to an alternate email address.

We may offer special promotions, products, services including offerings of third-party products and services in conjunction with or through the Petsy membership benefits program. We are not responsible for the products and services provided by third parties.
If your policy is cancelled, you will cease to have access to the Petsy membership benefits.
We reserve the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend our promotional offerings at any time.

Terms and Conditions
Donations are made from Petsy Pet Insurance to the National Breast Cancer Foundation when an eligible customer uses a valid National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF) promotion code on our website petsy.com.au when purchasing a new Petsy Pet Insurance policy.
Donations are made by and from Petsy Pet Insurance and there is no additional payment outside of your pet insurance premium payments to be made by you if you choose to use a NBCF promotion code with your pet insurance policy.
Donation amounts vary and the amount of the donation will be the amount indicated on the promotion code messaging when you sign up to a new Petsy Pet Insurance policy via our website petsy.com.au
Our prices may change at any time, but price changes will not affect donation amounts that we have accepted.
